Another cost-effective option is to paint the existing roof and extension. We can make this more achievable by supplying tiles to match the existing roof with the same texture and weathering conditions, allowing our high quality Dulux paint products to take more evenly to the roof tile, leaving a superior finish.

Roof Repairs

Your roof requires general maintenance throughout its life. The two most
common maintenance areas in tiled roofs are the caps and the tiles. Over time caps become cracked and loose and will require re-bedding and Flexi-Pointing, a common process. If you have some cracked, chipped or broken tiles we can supply and fix them for you too.

Other issues with tiled roofs, is random leaks. Causes can be from lead flashings, roof penetrations, valley irons and even roof design can cause major issues.

At Kandu Roofing we have seen it all and fixed it all. Kandu can do. We don’t believe in up-selling, if we can fix it for a small cost, we will. We are always upfront. Mike over the years, has learnt to spot structural issues such as waves and dips in the roof and can arrange for this to be checked and rectified. A roof that has not been maintained can make claiming on insurance more difficult. Repairs can be cheap, the damage caused if left unattended, might not be.
